A team of office based techinicien can deal with telephone, fax and E-mail queries related to actual models and to models out of production. Customer service on site is provided for mechanical, electric/electronic and process assistance anywhere in the world, even in case of emergency circumstances.

  
 
   
 
  Thanks to an exhaustive spare parts stock handled with an automatic and computerized system, we are able to supply in short terms original spares of both models under actual production and, within certain limits, out of production. In the latter case, in replacement of parts no more available, alterantive and compatible solutions can be provided.
     
 
   
                 
     
 

 

In our show-room false-twist texturizing, air-texturizing, air-covering, twisting, rewinding trials can be run using modern and state-of-the-art equipment. Such service is being offered as a pre-sale facility, in order to allow the Customer to select the most suitable piece of equipment, and after-sale for technical assistance to solve process related problems or to develope new products. Our staff can assist the Customer during starting up, thanks to the experience and the know-how built-up in the years.
